Monthly Retainer Fee
The first step in our partnership is a free, no-obligation consultation. This will give us an idea of your needs and the services you will require. Once this is completed, I will provide you a support plan recommendation and a value-based quote. This customized plan will include only the services you need, quoted in a monthly retainer fee. Clients may choose from one of three monthly support plans below, which are pre-paid plans priced for value.
Project Pricing
Project pricing is available in certain cases and will be determined after a free, no-obligation consultation. Project rates are charged by the project and not hourly. Typical projects range from $250-$2,000, depending on the scope of the project.
What happens if I need more support?
While this rarely happens, if it does we will discuss! Our frequent, quality communication will help us to avoid issues and I won’t leave you stranded. You can request additional services and we will agree on the pricing in advance. If you have new and significant recurring needs, we will adjust the monthly retainer agreement to address these needs.
Why don’t you bill by the hour?
My fee is for professional services that are based on the results that I achieve. With hourly billing, you are unable to predict how much you may have to pay each month. And, you may end up paying for non-essential services. By paying a monthly fee for specific services, you are free from tracking my hours or being surprised by a bill. The only exception is when addition services are required outside the scope of administrative solutions.
