Brilliant Ideas Virtual Assistance offers several different service plan and payment options.

Pre-Paid Plans: Our pre-paid plans offer you a guaranteed number of hours each month for all of the services listed our Administrative and Virtual Assistance services. Discounts are provided based on the number of hours retained each month.

Level 1: 10 hours per month $450
Level 2: 15 hours per month $600 (Save 10%)
Level 3: 20 hours per month $765 (Save 15%)

We utilize a high-level Activity & Time Assessment tool developed by the Virtual Assistance Chamber of Commerce to provide you with a snapshot of your business activities. This two-week study of your activities will provide you with an eye-popping analysis of exactly how you spend your days (and waste time and resources!).

Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) Plan For those clients who need one-time or infrequent support or who prefer not to pre-pay, Brilliant Ideas Virtual Assistance offers an hourly Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) plan. A first time deposit is required at time of contract and will be to initial hours until expended. Rates vary based on the services required, so please contact us for a quote and complimentary consultation.

Per-Project Plan All Virtual Assistance services are available on a per-project basis. For each project, you will receive a proposal or estimate outlining the project specifications, estimated hours, and project costs. A 50% deposit based on the project proposal/estimate, or a one-hour minimum charge, is required before services can begin.
